Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet channels typically credit to a Player's Account instantly or within a maximum of five minutes under normal operating conditions. USDT deposits require the applicable number of blockchain network confirmations before crediting. jp368 is not liable for delays caused by banking system downtime, e-wallet service interruptions, or blockchain network congestion.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. jp368 reserves the right to block such deposits, void associated winnings, and close Accounts where third-party funding is identified.
jp368 does not charge fees on IDR bank transfer or e-wallet deposits. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider in connection with outgoing transfers to jp368.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be in good standing, your identity must be verified in accordance with Clause 4, and your Account balance must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Any active Bonus Funds that have not completed their Turnover Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for IDR bank transfer channels. Minimum USDT withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier and are subject to prevailing network fee conditions.
jp368 processes withdrawal requests within a target timeframe of 15 minutes to 3 hours from the time of submission under normal operational conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Indonesian public holidays. jp368 applies a return-to-source policy as its default withdrawal procedure. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. jp368 may request additional verification where a Player requests withdrawal to a different payment method.
jp368 may apply daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits to individual Accounts. These limits are set at the time of Account registration and may be adjusted upward for verified accounts with a consistent deposit and play history.
